Why Panda Is Black And White?

Originally, the whole forest is black and white. Simple boring monochrome. 

Then, out of nowhere, a magic paint brush appears loaded with color and at last all these cute animals freed from this dull existence. The brush dances across the forest revealing vibrant flowers, rich green grass, red fruit in the trees and neon pink flamingos wading in a pond. 

Unfortunately, one animal is asleep and misses the chance to be painted. The animal is, the panda. A black and white forest is colored in vibrant hues except for one sad little panda. 

That is why panda is black and white.
