Why Azan Subuh at 5AM On 1st Ramadhan 1432?

If you a living in Kuala Lumpur (and surrounding area) and you wake-up for "ber-sahur" this morning, you might notice that there are Azan recite at 500AM. You might be confuse because Azan Subuh should be at 551AM which means Imsak is at 541AM. The Azan also not exactly Subuh type because it doesn't have the call-up from sleeping (Ashsholaatu Khoirumminannaum). So, what actually happen then? Well, I'm not sure about what really happen myself but I have quite interesting idea what really happen.

If you notice, most of mosques in Malaysia have an electronic digital Taqwin for prayer time. It is automatically connected to some government site for data updating. Below is the mention electronic digital prayer time machine.

My lucky guess is that, this morning, the system server mess-up and resulting Azan Subuh recited at 500AM. That why many mosque experienced the same phenomena. I might be wrong though...

Captain America: How "Captain America" Become So Skinny

One of the best movie I seen this year. Meet most of my expectation. This is first of six movie plan by Marvel Studio. Can't wait for another five. In the movie, Steve Rogers as a 90-pound weakling is very realistic. It’s amazing how they managed to make him look small and frail. Apparently, Marvel worked with the same special effects wizards that did similar effects in the Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

The scenes showing Steve attempting (and failing) to enlist in the Army should be familiar to most long-time Marvel fans.

To achieve the effects of the skinny, pre-super-serum Steve Rogers, director Joe Johnston stated that he used two major techniques.

CSI: Between Fact And Fiction

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation is an American crime drama television series, which premiered on CBS. The show was created by Anthony E. Zuiker and produced by Jerry Bruckheimer. The network also created another similar spin-offs CSI: Miami and CSI: NY.

Another criticism of the show is the depiction of police procedure, which some consider to be decidedly lacking in realism. For instance, the show's characters not only investigate crime scenes but they also conduct raids, engage in suspect pursuit and arrest, interrogate suspects, and solve cases, which falls under the responsibility of uniformed officers and detectives, not CSI personnel.

Juan Pablo Sorin - After Two Years

Juan Pablo Sorin, the former Argentina national team captain, was guilty of an embarrassing gaffe as he attempted to juggle a football on live television. Sorin won 76 international caps during his career, which saw him play for Juventus, Lazio, Barcelona and Villarreal and captain his country at the 2006 World Cup in Germany.

A talented left back in his day, on the evidence of this piece of ball-juggling "skill" on Argentinian national television this week he has clearly taken a bit of a break since his retirement two years ago. Given that the pass he got from his unidentified studio colleague wasn't exactly inch-perfect, pointing at Sorin and laughing helplessly might be a bit harsh, but we couldn't help really ourselves.

What Is Electricity Colour?

What is the colour of electricity? Well, it depends on the gas it's going through. The color you see with electricity is the color of an ionized gas that the electricity is passing through and depends on what elements are in the gas.

We see electricity as blue-ish because it's interacting with oxygen atoms, exciting them, causing them to release a blue photon. But if you have electricity in pure helium, you'll get a brilliant red and yellow. So it all depends on the gases present. In our atmosphere, blue is what you can expect.

In conclusion, what is electricity colour?
  • Electricity or current cannot be seen
  • Reason being is that atoms are made up of electrons, protons and neutrons and since you cannot see an atom, you cannot see electrons as they are the smallest particles of an atom
  • When you see lightning or static with your bare eyes what you are really observing is the heat energy that resulted from the rapid release of electrons
  • The colour you see with electricity is the color of an ionized gas that the electricity is passing through and depends on what elements are in the gas
  • We see electricity as blue-ish because it's interacting with oxygen atoms, exciting them, causing them to release a blue photon

Superb Watercolor Painting

Steve Hanks is recognized as one of the best watercolor artists working today. The detail, color and realism of Steve Hanks' paintings are unheard of in this difficult medium. A softly worn patterned quilt, the play of light on the thin veil of surf on sand, or the delicate expression of a child. Steve Hanks captures these patterns of life better than anyone.
